We’re seeking a Principal Creative Intelligence Manager to own a connected creative intelligence program across related campaigns, channels, and workstreams within our System of Learning (SOL), turning performance insights into better creative and social marketing decisions.

This hands-on individual contributor establishes the program approach and workstream priorities within agreed marketing strategy. Partner across Creative, Social, Global Media, Data Science, and Analytics to navigate ambiguity and complex dependencies with autonomy. Influence senior stakeholders and negotiate competing priorities without formal authority or direct reports. Enterprise strategy, governance, and broader investment decisions remain with leadership.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.

Responsibilities

Social Media Analytics Expertise

Bring deep expertise in social media analytics to shape the learning agenda across related campaigns and organic, paid, and creator channels. Independently connect creative performance, audience behavior, social listening, and business outcomes to identify what works, why it works, and what should change. Partner with measurement specialists to refine analytical approaches, prioritize experiments, and strengthen shared learning practices. Influence senior stakeholders through clear, evidence-based recommendations that inform content strategy, channel priorities, and paid amplification opportunities.

Own the connected System of Learning program

Own a connected SOL program across several related creative and social campaigns, channels, and workstreams. Establish the program approach, priorities, operating processes, learning cadence, and documentation within agreed strategy. Navigate ambiguity and dependencies with autonomy, apply approved governance and data standards, and escalate decisions beyond the program’s remit.

Partner with Global Media, Data Science, and Analytics to connect creative activations with campaign, audience, and performance data. Align requirements across related workstreams, resolve integration dependencies with partner teams, and prioritize program needs using established enterprise data systems.

Shape the program learning agenda and experimentation

Shape and prioritize the program learning agenda and tests with creative, social, and measurement partners. Connect hypotheses across campaigns and channels, balancing learning value, feasibility, and dependencies. Stay hands-on in creative coordination, analysis, and follow-up. Partner on measurement frameworks and test documentation, incorporate audience feedback and results into learning loops, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Use evidence to adjust near-term workstream priorities within agreed strategy and approved budgets. Negotiate competing program needs and recommend resource trade-offs with partners. Escalate broader investment decisions and commitments outside approved authority to leadership.

Improve learning methods and drive partner adoption

Improve SOL methods, shared playbooks, best-practice libraries, and modular storytelling and content systems using learning across connected workstreams. Drive adoption among relevant partner teams through learning sessions, practical guidance, and documented insights. Keep improvements aligned with established strategy and approved standards.

Monitor digital messaging, competitor activity, and conversation trends with partner teams to identify creative opportunities. Apply approved AI-driven creative workflows and automation to accelerate insight synthesis, content adaptation, and learning documentation, with appropriate review and quality controls.

Own program delivery and influence senior stakeholders

Own program quality, documentation, and timely delivery. Align milestones and complex dependencies across teams, influence senior stakeholders through evidence, and negotiate competing priorities without formal authority. Resolve program risks with autonomy and escalate decisions outside the program’s remit. This role does not include hiring, direct-report supervision, performance reviews, or people-management accountability.

Synthesize performance data and trends across campaigns and channels into program findings and recommendations for partners and leadership. Partner with measurement specialists to report ROI, learning outcomes, and program impact, explaining limitations and next steps. Executive ROI accountability remains with leadership.

Embody our Culture and Values.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
