The posting

Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager who can navigate complex technical and organizational dependencies, establish clear success metrics, remove onboarding friction, and ensure that every 1P agent delivers a trusted, manageable, and cohesive Agent 365 experience. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for onboarding Microsoft first-party (1P) agents to Agent 365, creating a consistent, scalable path for teams to register, identify, observe, govern, and secure their agents. You will partner across product, engineering, security, identity, compliance, and agent-platform teams to define onboarding requirements, integration patterns, readiness criteria, and reusable capabilities; translate partner and customer needs into a prioritized roadmap; and drive programs from early design through broad adoption.

Agent 365 is strategically important because it provides the foundation for Microsoft to become the trusted control plane for enterprise AI agents. As organizations deploy growing numbers of agents across products, platforms, and clouds, they need a unified way to discover, manage, secure, govern, and measure those agents throughout their lifecycle. By bringing Microsoft’s 1P agents into a consistent management model first, Agent 365 establishes the standards, capabilities, and customer expectations required to accelerate enterprise adoption, strengthen trust in agentic AI, and extend the value of Microsoft’s security, identity, compliance, and productivity ecosystem.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Drive cross-organization alignment across Microsoft's security, identity, and data-governance solutions.
  • Partner with the security ecosystem to position Microsoft as the orchestration layer for agent risk, working alongside third-party security and posture-management providers.
  • Translate raw security telemetry into actionable signals: agent risk and criticality, intent and impact assessment, risk categorization, and remediation experiences.
  • Represent Microsoft externally with chief information security offices (CISOs), security advisory boards, and industry analysts, and bring that market insight back into the product roadmap.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
