The team partners with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to help drive real performance outcomes and develops budgets, forecasts, and close views alongside deep customer-level analytics for a $100B+ cloud business. This role will focus on building and maintaining agentic tools for the team to improve the efficiency and depth of the work created for our business partners.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of finance, analytics, and automation. The successful candidate will combine sound financial judgment with the technical curiosity, creativity, and discipline needed to make these workflows reliable, maintainable, and efficient. This role will own day-to-day execution, ongoing improvements, and new workflow development within Azure Business Health. This highly visible role will put you at the forefront of developing highly usable applications of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day maintenance of the team’s agentic close processes, including recurring refreshes, monthly rollover, troubleshooting, and report publication.
  • Use AI-assisted development and automation to reduce manual effort, shorten turnaround times, and improve consistency.
  • Maintain the connections between source data, analytical logic, shared definitions, and executive reporting so outputs remain accurate, consistent, and traceable.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across data queries, calculations, scripts, dashboards, and publishing workflows while preserving existing functionality.
  • Build practical, reusable workflows for close, forecasting, business reviews, and recurring analysis
  • Connect existing analytical capabilities into end-to-end processes rather than creating disconnected tools or duplicating work.
  • Build solutions that are straightforward to operate and extend, with clear ownership and appropriate safeguards for financial data and shared outputs.
  • Understand Azure revenue drivers and the financial definitions underlying the team’s reporting.
  • Reconcile outputs to authoritative sources and distinguish actuals, plans, forecasts, and preliminary results.
  • Turn complex analysis into clear dashboards and views that support leadership reviews.
  • culture and values

  • 7+ years of relevant experience with progressive advancement within your discipline
  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, including related disciplines, or MBA preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
