The posting

Overview

At Microsoft, passionate innovators come together to envision what’s next and take their careers further in a world of more possibilities. Innovation, openness, and collaboration drive our success in a cloud-enabled world.

Help shape how enterprises build, deploy, and operate AI-powered applications and agents at scale. You’ll join a frontier, AI-native engineering team within Microsoft Copilot, building a customer-facing intelligent development and operations platform that brings evals, automated testing, governance, monitoring, and an agent-driven improvement loop into one connected experience. You'll help customers move from idea to production faster and operate safely at enterprise scale. Your work will advance autonomous operations that identify deployment risks, diagnose production issues, and safely remediate them with less complexity and operational overhead.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll own key customer-facing deployment and operations intelligence capabilities, including risk assessment, trust scoring, and evaluation-based release gates that help customers ship apps and agents safely at scale. You'll build scalable, containerized backend services and agentic test-and-evaluation systems that assess release readiness, detect production issues, and guide safe recovery. You'll partner with engineers and product managers across Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Cowork, and Dataverse to take these capabilities from design to production, with a strong focus on quality, security, and reliability.

This opportunity will allow you to deepen your expertise in AI evaluation and multi-agent systems, strengthen your ability to design and operate distributed services at enterprise scale, and grow your technical leadership through hands-on ownership.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Improve service health through investments in reliability, observability, automation, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices, quality standards, and development processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
