Overview

Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Core accelerates customer outcomes and business growth. By uniting product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and partners around a common customer mission, we help customers realize value faster and turn innovation into measurable business impact. Through deep technical expertise and differentiated go-to-market execution, we win competitively, capture market share, and scale repeatable growth motions. We differentiate through value creation, delivering world-class, AI-powered customer experiences that accelerate adoption, strengthen loyalty, and create sustainable competitive advantage, driving growth that outpaces the market.

Within MCAPS Core, Cloud + AI Platforms (CAIP) is one of the most strategic businesses worldwide at Microsoft. Given the tremendous momentum in customer pursuit of Digital Transformation, there's never been a more exciting and compelling time to be a part of the Cloud + AI Platform business at Microsoft!

And within CAIP, WW Technical Success operates as the bridge between product direction, sales strategy, and scalable delivery execution. Our mission is to scale and accelerate solution delivery through increased repeatability, improving product, and enabling our people, across all of Azure. The team enables the field and Factory, builds reusable intellectual property (IP) and Value-Based Deliverables (VBDs), unblocks customers and field technical escalations, influences product direction, and engages in high-priority customer engagements.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure and Platform team to drive the programs, operating rhythm, and cross-organization execution that turn the Technical Success strategy into measurable customer and business outcomes. You will orchestrate the work that connects customers, the field, the Factory, partners, and Azure product groups. You will own how priority work moves through the Technical Success lifecycle of priority customer engagements and escalations, to running the engineering interlock that turns recurring blockers into product signals, to landing repeatable IP and VBDs at scale through the field and Factory.

The ideal candidate combines strong Azure technical depth with disciplined program management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence without authority across various organizations. You are comfortable communicating crisply with executives, and using AI and agentic tooling to scale how the team works.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning where employees are encouraged to make a meaningful impact for customers and the wider technology community.

Program Strategy and Operating Rhythm

  • Translate Tech Success priorities into program goals, roadmaps, and milestones, using customer and field demand data to prioritize work across technical pillars.
  • Ensure every significant initiative has a DRI, a defined outcome, and an exit condition, and drive evidence-based decisions to continue, scale, or retire work.
  • Own the team's operating rhythm and scorecard: keep data current, surface risks early, and use telemetry and AI tools to automate reporting.

Engineering Interlock and Voice of the Customer

  • Track top blockers and feature gaps by technical pillar and drive them to closure with Azure product groups through regular business reviews.
  • Convert recurring issues into evidence-based product signals and reusable mitigations and guidance, keeping stakeholders informed as status changes.

Repeatable IP and Delivery at Scale

  • Program manage the lifecycle of reusable IP and Value-Based Deliverables, from qualification and pilot through review, publishing, maintenance, and retirement, against a common quality bar.
  • Drive skilling and enablement programs that build accredited delivery capacity across field and partner teams where customer demand exists.
  • Measure adoption, reuse, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction, and use the results to refine assets and enablement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the program bridge between Tech Success, Azure product groups, field leadership, and various teams across Microsoft, influencing without authority and following through on commitments.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with executives through status, risk, and decision summaries

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
