The posting

Do you enjoy turning digital ideas into concrete business value? Are you passionate about customer experience, data, insights and the way digital services can help people get even more value from great products?

At BEA, we design and manufacture sensing solutions that are used in automatic door systems all over the world — often without people even noticing them. Today, we want to go one step further: making our digital ecosystem, services and data capabilities even stronger to support our customers, partners and internal teams.

That’s where you come in!

We are looking for a Digital Services & Data Insights Manager to help us shape, structure and grow this new strategic capability for BEA Europe.

Mission

Your mission will be to develop and orchestrate BEA Europe’s digital ecosystem, including digital services, platforms and Data & Insights capabilities, in order to improve product adoption, strengthen customer loyalty and create new growth opportunities.

As Digital Services & Data Insights Manager, you will contribute to BEA’s transformation towards a model where value is created not only through products, but also through services, data and customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and leading the Digital Services & Data Insights roadmap by setting priorities, building the related business cases and translating digital initiatives into measurable business value for customers and BEA Europe.
  • Developing BEA’s digital ecosystem by structuring tools, platforms, services and content that simplify access to information, training and technical support while ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Improving customer enablement and product adoption by developing training, tools, services and scalable content that help customers and partners learn, install, configure and use BEA solutions more effectively.
  • Preparing future digital services and monetization models such as connected services, activable features, premium functionalities, usage-based offers and Product-as-a-Platform concepts.
  • Developing Data & Insights capabilities by connecting product, installation, customer, market and internal business data to generate actionable insights for Sales, Product Management and Technical Support teams.
  • Creating dashboards and business intelligence tools to support sales intelligence, product intelligence and technical intelligence, and to help teams make better, faster and more data-driven decisions.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Marketing Communication, Sales, Technical Support, IT, R&D, European Board members and external digital or technology partners.
  • Building and developing the future Digital Services & Data Insights function by structuring resources, influencing without direct authority and supporting the progressive development of a new strategic capability for BEA Europe.

Team

The Digital Services & Data Insights Manager will be part of the Marketing department within BEA Europe, alongside the Product Management and Marketing Communication teams. In this role, you will report directly to Mike, Marketing Director, and work closely with these teams as well as with key internal stakeholders across the business.

As the function grows, a dedicated resource is expected to join the Digital Services & Data Insights team in the medium term, reporting directly to the Digital Services & Data Insights Manager.

Profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Business, Marketing or a related field, with a strong affinity for technology, digital platforms, customer experience and business development.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in Digital Services, Digital Product Management, Customer Experience, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation or related business functions.
  • You have demonstrated experience in developing digital platforms, customer-facing solutions, data-driven business tools, connected services or digital business models.
  • You understand how to transform digital initiatives, services and data into measurable business impact, customer value and growth opportunities.
  • You are comfortable with business intelligence, dashboards, data analysis and the use of insights to support Sales, Product Management and Technical Support decisions.
  • You are familiar with digital platforms, CRM and ERP environments, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, collaborative tools and project management practices.
  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments, and in industries with mature digital ecosystems, customer platforms, subscription models, digital monetization or customer engagement programs, is considered a strong asset.
  • You communicate fluently in French and English.
  • You are entrepreneurial, hands-on and business-oriented, with the ability to build new capabilities from an existing structure and turn ideas into concrete solutions.
  • You are recognized for your autonomy, sense of priorities, pragmatic mindset, communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Offer

You bring your skills and positive attitude to BEA Sensors. In return, we offer you:

  • The opportunity to join a team where collaboration, curiosity and kindness are part of the DNA.
  • An innovative, product-oriented technology environment with a real work-life balance.
  • A comprehensive training and onboarding program.
  • Friendly company events such as afterworks, Saint-Nicolas celebrations, jogging events and more, thanks to our party committee.
  • A full-time contract, 37 hours/week, with 20 legal holidays + 5 additional days.
  • Flexible working hours and 2 days of remote work per week, outside the onboarding period.
  • An attractive salary package: company car, company phone, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, hospitalization and group insurance, individual and collective bonus, and 13th month.
  • The salary range for this position will be shared during the first phone screening.
  • 14 weeks of leave for births or adoptions, for fathers, mothers and same-sex parents, with maternity leave paid at 100%.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
