MID – Driving Continuous Transformation

Für spannende Projekteinsätze bei unseren Kunden suchen wir erfahrene (Senior) Projektmanager (m/w/d) / Multiprojektmanager (m/w/d)

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN

  • Für komplexe IT-Projekte übernimmst Du Verantwortung von der Definitionsphase bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
  • Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zum Kunden, berätst auf Augenhöhe und baust so nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf
  • Du leitest klassisch, agil oder hybrid organisierte Projektteams und förderst eine zielorientierte Zusammenarbeit
  • Du initiierst, planst und steuerst anspruchsvolle Beratungs- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekte aktiv und zielgerichtet – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Projektziele, Termine, Budget und Qualität und behältst bei Bedarf auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick
  • Dabei sorgst Du in den Projekten für eine strukturierte Projektplanung und Umsetzung über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Ein kontinuierliches Fortschrittscontrolling, effektives Risikomanagement, sowie eine ausreichende Qualitätssicherung setzt Du dabei strukturiert mit den Teams in Deinen Projekten um
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützt Du uns bei Angebotsprozessen und bringst deine fachliche und/oder technische Expertise ein

SO ÜBERZEUGST DU

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einem anderen Studiengang mit Informatikbezug abgeschlossen
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im klassischen, agilen oder hybriden Projektmanagement mit und bewegst Dich sicher im IT-Beratungsumfeld
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im (Multi-) Projektmanagement – idealerweise in einem IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Du hast umfassende Kenntnisse in klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden sowie in den Bereichen Projektinitiierung, Planung, Steuerung, Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement und Projektcontrolling
  • Du hast bereits größere Projektteams geführt und verstehst es, Mitarbeitende lösungsorientiert und zielgerichtet zu steuern und zu motivieren
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und trittst sicher gegenüber Entscheidungsträgern auf
  • Weiterhin verfügst Du über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine Zertifizierung in klassischen Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. PRINCE2, PMI oder IPMA) ist ein Muss
  • Weitere Zertifizierungen in agilen Methoden (z.B. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) sind ein Plus
  • Idealerweise hast Du außerdem Erfahrung im Presales
