Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen und Inspektionen an HVAC-Systemen beim Kunden vor Ort.
  • Analyse und Behebung von technischen Störungen sowie Durchführung professioneller Fehlerdiagnosen.
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen und technischen Anpassungen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
  • Unterstützung von Kunden und Fachpartnern bei technischen Fragestellungen sowie Einweisung in Produkte und Systeme.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Dokumentation aller Serviceeinsätze, Maßnahmen und technischen Berichte in digitalen Service-Tools.
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und kundenorientierten Auftritts als technischer Repräsentant des Unternehmens vor Ort.
  • Identifikation von Potenzialen für Ersatzteile, Wartungsverträge, Modernisierungen und Retrofit-Lösungen sowie Weitergabe an Vertrieb und After Sales.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Elektroniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Klima-, Kälte-, Heizungs-, Lüftungs- oder Wärmepumpentechnik.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, Hydraulik, Regelungs- und MSR-Technik.
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit professionellem Auftreten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Service- und Dokumentationstools.
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Einsatzgebiets.
