Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Lösung komplexer technischer Eskalationen im Bereich HVAC, Wärmepumpen und Regelungstechnik.
  • Durchführung von erweiterten Fehleranalysen sowie Unterstützung bei der Diagnose von Anlagenstörungen für Kunden, Fachpartner und den Werkskundendienst.
  • Technische Unterstützung des Technical Support L1 sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Eskalationsmanagements.
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen und technischen Trainings für Kunden, Servicepartner und interne Mitarbeitende.
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen, Serviceanleitungen sowie Troubleshooting-Guides.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit europäischen Produktmanagement-, R&D- und PDs zur Analyse und nachhaltigen Lösung technischer Problemstellungen.
  • Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen, technischen Freigaben sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produkten und Serviceprozessen.

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Kälte-, Klima-, Heizungs-, Elektro- oder Versorgungstechnik.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Support, Werkskundendienst oder Service Engineering im HVAC-Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Wärmepumpen-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Regelungstechnik.
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in der Fehlerdiagnose sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen, Schaltplänen und Diagnosesystemen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-, CRM- und Ticketing-Systemen sowie den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
