  • Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Built-In-Produktportfolios unserer Marken
  • Planung und Steuerung des Sortiments über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, von der Markteinführung bis zum Phase-out
  • Analyse von Markt, Wettbewerb, Trends und Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung konkreter Produkt- und Wachstumsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung der Produkt-, Preis- und Positionierungsstrategie zur Erreichung der Umsatz-, Margen- und Marktanteilsziele
  • Steuerung von Forecast, Absatzplanung und Produktperformance in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und Supply Chain
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem Headquarter und den R&D-Teams zu Produkt-Roadmap, Spezifikationen, Qualität und Launch-Terminen
  • Erstellung von Business Cases, Produktpräsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination funktionsübergreifender Projekte im Bereich Built-In

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Built-In, Küchengeräte oder Weiße Ware
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Sortimentsgestaltung, Produkteinführung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktkategorien
  • Ausgeprägtes Markt- und Zahlenverständnis sowie Erfahrung mit Forecasting, Pricing und Business Cases
  • Starke Projektmanagement- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
  • Proaktive, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Can-Do-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
