Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Retourenmeldungen, Veranlassung der Rückführungen
  • Kundenkontakt, telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • Bearbeitung von Rückfragen zu Retouren und Gutschriften
  • Zeitnahe Buchung der Retoureneingänge, Umbuchung von Artikelbeständen
  • Erstellung von Gutschriften / Rechnungen
  • Kontrolle der Belastungsanzeigen / Rechnungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Buchhaltung, den Vertriebsbereichen und dem externen Lager
  • Verschiedene unterstützende, administrative Aufgaben
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben aus den Tätigkeitsbereichen der Kollegen (Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung)

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbar (gerne Handel)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und Kundenbeschwerden
  • Teamgeist und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
  • Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
