Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Durchführung umfassender Performance-Testpläne für Kühlschränke, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte definierte Leistungsziele, Spezifikationen sowie geltende Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen.
  • Durchführung von Performance-Tests an Prototypen und Endprodukten, einschließlich Kühlleistung, Temperaturstabilität, energiebezogener Leistungswerte und weiterer projektspezifisch definierter Funktionstests.
  • Analyse von Testdaten und -ergebnissen zur Identifikation von Abweichungen und Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams bei der Erarbeitung von Designverbesserungen und Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Regulatory Compliance, um die Einhaltung von Branchenstandards und Kundenerwartungen sicherzustellen.
  • Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Dokumentationen zu Testverfahren, Ergebnissen und Berichten zur Unterstützung regulatorischer Einreichungen und interner Reviews.
  • Teilnahme an Produktentwicklungsmeetings, Einbringen von Erkenntnissen aus Testergebnissen und Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Branchentrends sowie neuer Testmethoden und -technologien zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Wirksamkeit von Prüfungen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Ingenieurwesen, vorzugsweise Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Prüfung und Validierung, vorzugsweise in der Hausgeräte- oder Kältebranche.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Testmethoden, Prüfgeräten und Software zur Datenanalyse; Erfahrung mit automatisierten Testsystemen ist von Vorteil.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen und Qualitätssicherungsprozesse für Konsumgüter.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Sorgfältige und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Testprojekte und Termine parallel zu steuern.
