We are currently looking for an JR PM to join our team.

As a Jr Product Manager at MIDEA, your role involves supporting the product management team such as product development and marketing. This includes market research to identify customer needs and preferences, assisting in the development of product strategies, analyzing competitor products and pricing, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing, and assisting in product documentation and marketing materials. Additionally, you may be involved in tracking product performance metrics and gathering feedback from customers to continuously improve products. Overall, your role is crucial in helping MIDEA bring innovative and successful products to market.

What will you do?

• Support product management activities for Panama, Central America, and the Caribbean markets. • Conduct market, competitor, pricing, and category trend analysis. • Monitor portfolio performance through KPIs, sales results, inventory levels, and SKU rotation. • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and product launch plans. • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support business decisions. • Gather and analyze customer and market insights to identify improvement and innovation opportunities. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other technical areas. • Support product launches, training activities, and sales enablement materials. • Visit customers, distributors, and points of sale to understand market dynamics and identify business opportunities. • Provide support to Central American and Caribbean markets based on business needs.

What are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Analysis, Sales, Retail, Distribution, Purchasing, or related areas. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Functional to advanced English proficiency. • Strong analytical and commercial mindset. • Availability to visit customers, distributors, and points of sale. • Availability for occasional travel within Central America and the Caribbean. • Interest in technical products, home appliances, or durable consumer goods. • Analytical, organized, proactive, and commercially oriented profile. • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in home appliances, white goods, home products, technology, retail, hardware, or durable consumer goods industries. • Experience supporting market analysis, KPI tracking, and product launches.
