13. Develop knowledge and confidence in People systems and support data quality checks, reporting and the maintenance of People Team information, including the College and MKC Training intranet.

14. Support People Team projects, initiatives, events and communications, contributing to the effective operation of the People Shared Services function and identifying opportunities to improve processes and the employee experience.

15. Work collaboratively across the People Team and wider organisation, providing a professional, responsive and customer-focused service while developing knowledge and skills through the apprenticeship programme.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
