Social- og sundhedshjælper til fast nattevagt – Randers

Midtjysk Pleje søger en engageret og ansvarsbevidst social- og sundhedshjælper til fast nattevagt i vores afdeling i Randers.

Vi tilbyder en fast stilling i 7/7-rul med arbejdstid fra kl. 23.00–07.00.

Som nattevagt bliver du en vigtig del af vores indsats for at sikre tryghed, kontinuitet og kvalitet for vores borgere gennem hele natten.

Om stillingen

Som fast nattevagt arbejder du selvstændigt og er alene på vagt som repræsentant for Midtjysk Pleje. Du vil derfor få et stort ansvar for at varetage borgernes behov og håndtere de situationer, der kan opstå i løbet af natten.

Ved behov for faglig sparring eller ved udfordringer er der mulighed for at kontakte den kommunale sygeplejerske.

Stillingen er tilknyttet vores afdeling i Randers og omfatter primært natlige besøg i Randers samt enkelte besøg i Favrskov Kommune.

Du får stillet firmabil til rådighed i arbejdstiden.

Vi søger dig, der

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper
  • Har erfaring fra hjemmeplejen
  • Har erfaring med og trives med nattevagter
  • Er mødestabil, ansvarsbevidst og pålidelig
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og trives med at arbejde alene
  • Kan bevare roen og handle professionelt i akutte og uforudsete situationer
  • Har et godt overblik og kan prioritere dine opgaver
  • Er omsorgsfuld og har fokus på den enkelte borgers behov og værdighed
  • Har kendskab til Nexus – dette er en fordel, men ikke et krav

Vi lægger stor vægt på, at du er tryg ved det selvstændige ansvar, som følger med en nattevagt, og at du kan træffe fagligt velovervejede beslutninger, når situationen kræver det.
