Over Miep Huishoudservice en Begeleiding Met ons toegewijde team zorgen wij ervoor dat onze cliënten in ruim 220 gemeenten, veelal ouderen, zich thuis kunnen blijven voelen in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Of het nu gaat om een helpende hand bij het huishouden of persoonlijke begeleiding, onze medewerkers brengen het zonnetje in huis bij cliënten. Werken bij Miep betekent dat jij een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan het dagelijks welzijn van onze cliënten, en dat is iets om trots op te zijn!

Jouw rol als Assistent Coördinator Als Assistent Coördinator speel je een essentiële rol in ons team door ondersteuning te bieden aan Coördinatoren en de continuïteit van onze dienstverlening te waarborgen. Je bent een volwaardig lid binnen het team en neemt taken over bij afwezigheid, zoals bij vakanties. Daarnaast help je bij dagelijkse taken en administratieve werkzaamheden om onze processen soepel te laten verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Waarnemen van de coördinator tijdens vakanties of afwezigheid, zodat onze dagelijkse planning en service zonder onderbreking door kan gaan;
  • Ondersteunen bij personeelsplanning, vooral tijdens periodes met ziekte of vakantie;
  • Beantwoorden van e-mails en assisteren in de telefonische bereikbaarheid;
  • Administratieve ondersteuning, zoals het verwerken van gegevens en bijhouden van dossiers;
  • Waarnemen van sollicitatiegesprekken om nieuw personeel te werven en selecteren.

Wie ben jij? Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die goed kan omgaan met afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid en die zich prettig voelt in een ondersteunende rol. Je weet van aanpakken, bent communicatief sterk en hebt een oplossingsgerichte instelling. Verder beschik je over:

  • Ervaring in een ondersteunende of administratieve rol is een pré;
  • Je voelt je prettig in het telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met anderen;
  • Zelfstandigheid en organisatorisch inzicht;
  • Een vriendelijke en hulpvaardige houding.
