Bei uns darfst du Verantwortung für die saubere und speditive Abwicklung von verschiedenen Kreditfinanzierungen übernehmen. Wir suchen dich: Eine Persönlichkeit, die immer den Überblick behält. Jemanden, der mit viel Elan und neuen Ideen Projekte vorwärtstreibt. Komm weiter \- bei der Bank, die gemeinsam mit rund 1'900 Mitarbeitenden seit 1958 die Menschen ins Zentrum stellt.

Was du bewegst

  • Du bist für die saubere und speditive Verarbeitung von Geschäften mit Grundpfanddeckung (Hypotheken und Baufinanzierungen) verantwortlich
  • Du bewirtschaftest Sicherheiten (z.B. Schuldbriefe, Policen, Bürgschaften)
  • Du wickelst die Baukredite ab und führst die Baukreditkontrolle durch
  • Du stellst eine reibungslose und professionelle Verarbeitung von Betriebsmittelfinanzierungen sicher
  • Auch die administrative Abwicklung von Leasingfinanzierungen wird durch dich erledigt
  • Du pflegst einen partnerschaftlichen Kontakt zu unseren Kundenberatern und unterstützt sie mit deinem Fachwissen

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: Bank\- oder Notariatslehre
  • Berufserfahrung: mind. 2 Jahre im Bereich Hypotheken, grundpfandgedeckte Kredite oder Blankokfinanzierungen
  • Du hast Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten und arbeitest auch unter hoher Arbeitsbelastung effizient und genau
  • Du verfügst über einen versierten Umgang mit PC\-Programmen und hast ein technisches Flair
  • Du bist eine freundliche und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Erfahrung im Firmenkunden\- sowie Leasinggeschäft sind ein Plus
  • Deutsch (C1\)
  • Italienisch (ADVANTAGEOUS)
  • ösisch (ADVANTAGEOUS)
