Als Leiter:in des Technischen Dienstes verantwortest du den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer technischen Anlagen und Infrastruktur in Ecublens. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicher, optimierst Prozesse und entwickelst Technik und Facility Management kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie wir unsere Technik effizienter und zuverlässiger machen.

Was du bewegst

  • Du verantwortest den zuverlässigen Betrieb und die hohe Verfügbarkeit unserer technischen Anlagen durch Wartung, Inspektion, Reparaturen und präventiven Unterhalt.
  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit MLR (Migros Logistik Romandie) und internen Fachbereichen.
  • Du führst, entwickelst und förderst dein Team im Technischen Dienst und stellst eine effiziente Einsatz\- und Aufgabenplanung sicher.
  • Du planst und koordinierst Unterhalts\- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten und steuerst bei Bedarf externe Dienstleister sowie die Beschaffung von Material und Ersatzteilen.
  • Du verantwortest die technische Infrastruktur und das Facility Management und stellst einen sicheren und reibungslosen Gebäudebetrieb sicher.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Sicherheits\-, Qualitäts\- und Umweltstandards sicher und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für einen professionellen und zuverlässigen technischen Betrieb.

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: Technik (z.B. Bau\- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik etc.), idealerweise mit NIV 15 (OIBT 15\) Bewilligung
  • Berufserfahrung: mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich des technischen Betriebsunterhalts
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebsunterhalt, Gebäudetechnik oder Facility Management.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Betriebsunterhalt mit und kennst dich mit technischen Anlagen sowie Gebäude\- und Haustechnik aus.
  • Du hast Führungserfahrung und führst dein Team klar, respektvoll und praxisnah. Du entwickelst Mitarbeitende weiter und packst bei Bedarf selbst mit an.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei technischen Störungen oder unerwarteten Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du kannst technische Arbeiten gut planen und koordinieren und arbeitest sicher mit internen Ansprechpartnern sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen.
  • Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf ösisch und Deutsch und /oder Englisch und bist bereit, in Notfällen Pikett\-, \- und Sonntagseinsätze zu übernehmen.
