  • Account for inventory: valuation, ageing provisions and write-offs, and reconciling book stock against supply chain and warehouse records, including periodic count audits.
  • Build P&L by channel for retail, marketplaces and D2C, accounting for trade terms, co-op marketing, returns, chargebacks and retailer deductions.
  • Track marketing spend, customer acquisition cost and subscription revenue and renewals for the consumer business.

Multi-country operations and compliance

  • Manage indirect taxes in every country: GST in India, US state sales tax and nexus, UK VAT, and marketplace tax collection.
  • Support the logistics team on customs: fund duty payments, account for refunds and drawback, assess the financial impact of disputes, and keep banks, lenders and auditors informed.
  • Ensure FEMA/RBI compliance for imports, exports, overseas investment and remittances, and keep transfer pricing documentation in place for intercompany sales, services and IP.
  • Handle Companies Act and ROC filings, US federal and state filings, UK Companies House and HMRC, and the advisors in each country.

AI product licensing (Inner Sky Labs)

  • Set pricing and commercial models for perpetual or term licences, annual maintenance (AMC) and implementation fees.
  • Review licence agreements for payment terms, IP ownership, liability, indemnity and tax clauses, working with legal.
  • Account for licence, maintenance and services revenue correctly (Ind AS 115 / ASC 606), and set up invoicing, renewals and collections.
  • Plan withholding tax, treaty benefits and permanent-establishment risk for licence income from customers abroad.

FP&A and reporting

  • Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts and the group financial model across hardware and AI licensing.
  • Deliver monthly MIS, consolidated management accounts and Board and investor reporting.
  • Provide analysis for pricing, product launches, market entry and make-versus-buy decisions.

  • Own the weekly cash flow and the rolling 13-week cash forecast, and run the weekly payment cycle with approvals in INR and foreign currencies.
  • Manage banking relationships, foreign currency accounts, FX exposure and hedging.
  • Arrange working-capital, inventory, receivables and trade finance, and handle the commercial and legal terms of those facilities.
  • Support equity and debt fundraising, investor diligence and M&A.

Accounting, audit, controls and team

  • Own month-end and year-end close, consolidation, intercompany accounting and reconciliations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
