Du prüfst, statt zu buchen. Bei MILA macht eine Automatisierung die Vorarbeit für Jahresabschlüsse und Steuern. Du verantwortest das Ergebnis, berätst Kunden auf Augenhöhe und arbeitest remote, 60 bis 100%.

MILA ist der externe Finance\- \& Operations\-Partner für Schweizer KMU: digital und direkt. Wir sind ein Team von 7 Personen (Stand und wachsen. Unsere Kunden machen ihr Business, wir erledigen den Rest. Den Teil Steuern und Abschlüsse verantwortest bald du.

Deine Rolle

  • Du verantwortest Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen für deine Mandate, vom Prüfen der Vorarbeit bis zur fachlichen Freigabe
  • Du arbeitest mit unserer Automatisierung: Du weisst, was sie tut, und erkennst, wo sie falsch liegt
  • Du berätst deine Kunden im Alltag zu Steuern und Rechnungswesen, auf Augenhöhe
  • Du bist die fachliche Ansprechperson im Team bei komplexen Fragen
  • Du gestaltest mit, wie wir arbeiten und automatisieren

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Treuhand\- oder Rechnungswesen (Fachausweis ist ein Plus, kein Muss)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Jahresabschlüssen und Steuern, idealerweise im Treuhand
  • Sicherheit in Buchhaltung und MWST
  • Freude an digitaler Arbeit, bexio kennst du oder lernst du schnell
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und reflektiert: Du meldest Fehler und Unsicherheiten früh, holst Hilfe, bevor es brennt, und nimmst Feedback an

Das bekommst du

  • Pensum 60 bis 100%
  • Lohn CHF 90’000 bis 105’000 (bei 100%), je nach Erfahrung
  • 5 Wochen Ferien und Workation
  • Kurze Wege, schnelle Entscheide, digital statt Papier
  • Perspektive: MILA wächst. Wächst du mit, kann deine Rolle mehr Verantwortung bekommen. Eine interne Besetzung der MILA\-Leitung schliessen wir nicht aus. Ein Versprechen ist das nicht, aber eine ehrliche Möglichkeit.
