Status: Full-Time
Location: Onsite – West Omaha, NE
Compensation: $25/hr + monthly bonus
Schedule: Rotating shifts, 40 hours/week, between 7:00am–10:30pm. You'll rotate between opening and closing shifts, with weekend availability required on a rotating basis — you won't work every weekend, but expect some. Days off vary week to week.

What You'll Do
As a Call Center Supervisor, you lead from the front — literally. This role is hands-on: about 90% of your time is spent on the floor, coaching agents in real time, right beside them as they build skill and confidence.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a KPI-driven environment
- Strong coaching instincts — feedback people actually want to hear
- Confidence handling tough conversations naturally and productively
- Comfort using systems and data to track performance and drive results
- A positive, team-first attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Call center or sales experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus
