As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels
  • Order parts efficiently and accurately
  • Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers at the parts counter
  • Answer incoming calls and process parts inquiries and orders
  • Organize inventory and maintain parts storage areas
  • Ensure displays and merchandising areas remain clean, professional, and well-stocked
  • Collaborate with the service department to support repair and maintenance operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive parts department experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and math skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
