Wie is Milgro?

Milgro streeft naar een wereld vrij van afval in 2040. Met ons partnernetwerk en vakmanschap bieden wij de meest duurzame en rendabele oplossing voor afval- en reststromen. Deze aanpak resulteert in minder afval, lagere kosten en een lage milieu-impact. Milgro is een ambitieuze organisatie waarin technologie, ondernemerschap, innovatie en maatschappelijke relevantie samenkomen. Werken bij Milgro betekent veel uitdaging en afwisseling in je werkzaamheden.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Operationeel Relatiebeheerder (onderdeel van het Service & Support team) ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen portefeuille van accounts die je binnen de gestelde kaders op jouw manier voorziet van informatie, uitmuntende service, klachtafhandeling en een steeds betere dienstverlening op het gebied van duurzaam afvalmanagement.

Milgro helpt opdrachtgevers kosten te besparen door meer inzicht in hun afvalmanagement te bieden. Hierdoor lopen ze als organisatie voorop op het gebied van duurzaamheid. Je kunt vragen krijgen over het gebruik van ons platform waarmee we hen aan afvalverwerkers koppelen. Ook op alle andere vragen met betrekking tot onze dienstverlening weet je (of vind je) een antwoord.

Doordat je goed luistert tijdens de veelvuldige contactmomenten met je eigen klanten, zie je mogelijkheden en kansen om de dienstverlening, service en daarmee ook de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren. Je komt dan ook ongevraagd met voorstellen die helpen de operationele uitvoering te verbeteren. Je doet er alles aan om ontevredenheid en klachten te voorkomen. Maar mochten ze er toch zijn, dan los jij ze op.

Als Operationeel Relatiebeheerder bij Milgro ben je elke dag veel aan het oplossen en regelen. Je krijgt daarbij veel vrijheid. We vertrouwen op jouw relatie met de klant en moedigen je aan om creatief en flexibel om te gaan met de klantvragen waarbij vaak maatwerk nodig is. Doordat jij samenwerkingen van afval-ontdoeners en afvalverwerkers soepel laat verlopen, vervul je een mooie rol in de transitie naar een duurzame, circulaire economie.

De ideale kandidaat

  • heeft een afgeronde bachelor-opleiding;
  • heeft minimaal twee jaar werkervaring op het gebied van klantenservice;
  • beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst de Nederlandse, Franse Engelse taal;
  • staat open voor het werken met AI en nieuwe technologie, en ziet dit als een kans om het werk slimmer en beter te maken;
  • denkt actief mee over verbeteringen: haalt ideeën op bij klanten en collega's en deelt ze binnen het team.
