Vi söker en implementeringsansvarig till Linköping

På Milient fortsätter vi att växa och söker nu en implementeringsansvarig som vill ta en nyckelroll i införandet av våra system hos nya kunder. Hos oss får du ett självständigt och varierande arbete där du kombinerar teknik, verksamhetsförståelse och kundrelationer – och där din insats verkligen märks.

Din roll hos oss

Som implementeringsansvarig är du kundens viktigaste kontakt under hela införandeprocessen. Du ansvarar för att våra system blir en naturlig och värdeskapande del av kundens verksamhet – från första rådgivning till implementation, utbildning och överlämning till support.

Du arbetar nära kunden och stöttar i frågor som rör:

  • hur systemet bäst kan anpassas till deras arbetssätt
  • implementation och konfigurering
  • utbildning av användare

Arbetet är omväxlande och du har stor frihet att planera din egen vardag. Samtidigt är du aldrig ensam – du ingår i ett engagerat team av erfarna verksamhetskonsulter, både lokalt och internationellt, där kunskapsdelning och samarbete är en självklarhet.

Extra fokus på analys och rapportering

I den här rollen får du även möjlighet att bli en av våra experter inom vårt analysverktyg. Verktyget ger kunderna kraftfulla möjligheter att följa upp sin verksamhet genom avancerade rapporter och nyckeltal.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • bygga och anpassa rapporter utifrån kundernas behov
  • utbilda kunder i analysverktyget
  • fungera som second line support när ärenden kräver djupare analys

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som trivs i gränslandet mellan människor, verksamhet och IT. Du är pedagogisk, kommunikativ och tycker om att sätta dig in i olika kunders vardag och utmaningar. Du har ett analytiskt tänk och gillar att förstå hur siffror, data och nyckeltal hänger ihop.

Ett intresse för företagsekonomi och/eller projektstyrning är en stor fördel, då våra system till stor del stödjer just dessa områden.

Meriterande erfarenheter

  • Kunskaper inom företagsekonomi
  • Erfarenhet som ekonomicontroller eller liknande, gärna inom konsultverksamhet
  • Högskoleutbildning inom exempelvis systemvetenskap
  • Erfarenhet av BI-lösningar såsom Qlik, Power BI eller avancerade Excel-lösningar
  • Vana av att hålla utbildningar eller workshops
