Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Contas a Receber para integrar nosso time financeiro!

Se você tem experiência comprovada na área, gosta de trabalhar com números, possui perfil analítico e tem facilidade para lidar com grandes volumes de movimentações financeiras, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!

Principais atividades

  • Controle e acompanhamento de contas a receber;
  • Conciliação bancária e baixa de recebimentos;
  • Acompanhamento de títulos em aberto e vencidos;
  • Cobrança ativa e acompanhamento de inadimplência;
  • Negociação e acompanhamento de pagamentos;
  • Identificação e solução de divergências financeiras;
  • Emissão e acompanhamento de boletos;
  • Elaboração de relatórios e controles financeiros;
  • Apoio ao fechamento financeiro e interface com as áreas Comercial, Faturamento e Contábil.

Requisitos

  • Conhecimento no sistema TOTVS Winthor;
  • Experiência comprovada em Contas a Receber;
  • Experiência com cobrança e inadimplência;
  • Experiência com conciliação bancária e rotinas financeiras;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com alto volume de movimentações;
  • Excel intermediário;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e perfil analítico;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação.

Será considerado um diferencial:

Experiência em empresas de distribuição, atacado ou varejo; Conhecimento em processos de faturamento e integração entre áreas.
