Job Description

  • Support the Sales Team with day-to-day coordination and administrative activities
  • Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals, contracts, tender submissions, and other sales-related documentation
  • Coordinate with internal functions such as Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Operations to support sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain and update customer, opportunity, and sales information in CRM, SOMS, SFA, and other relevant systems
  • Support processes related to purchase orders, invoicing, customer requirements, internal approvals, and sales documentation
  • Assist with vendor coordination, back-office operations, and other administrative activities required to support the Sales Team
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports while ensuring timely follow-up on ongoing sales activities

Person Specification

  • Undergraduate, Graduate, or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Administration, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, back-office operations, administration, or vendor operations would be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to CRM, SFA, SOMS, or similar sales management systems would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach
