Job Description Summary

Position Overview We are seeking a office support to join our Authorization team in port charlotte FL. In this role, you will request authorization for patient treatments, communicate with patients, data entry, scheduling and other office tasks while supporting our commitment to providing exceptional experience for our patients, team members, and communities.

What You'll Do

· Answer phones delivering customer service

· Check patients’ insurance eligibility in several different portals

· Requesting and tracking patients Authorizations for medical treatment

· Data entry

· Intake data entering and building new charts for new patients

· Calling to verify patients’ information
