Millog Group on suomalainen kunnossapidon, logistiikan, elinkaaripalvelujen ja varautumisen asiantuntija. Olemme Suomen puolustusvoimien strateginen kumppani ja tärkeä osa Suomen huoltovarmuutta. Pidämme huolta siitä, että Puolustusvoimien, viranomaisten ja yritysten kalusto sekä järjestelmät toimivat kaikissa tilanteissa.

Haemme nyt Niinisalon toimipaikkaamme TYÖNJOHTAJAA.

Tehtäviisi kuuluu Ase- ja Ajoneuvo-osaston päivittäiset työnjohtotehtävät, kuten töiden organisointi ja niihin osallistuminen työnjohdollisessa roolissa sekä työtietojen ylläpito SAP-toiminnanohjausjärjestelmässä.

Tärkeä tehtäväsi on auttaa tiimiäsi onnistumaan työssään ja saavuttamaan sille asetetut tavoitteet. Työturvallisuus ja sen kehittäminen ovat yksi vastuualueistasi.

Olisitko etsimämme osaaja?

Tämä rooli voi olla seuraava askel urallasi, mikäli sinulta löytyy:

  • Tehtävään soveltuva tekninen koulutustausta (esim. insinööri) tai vastaavat tiedot
  • Kokemusta korjaamon tai tuotannon työnjohtotehtävistä
  • Kokemusta raskaan ajoneuvokaluston kunnossapidosta
  • Pätevyys toimia raskaan ajoneuvokaluston A-jarruluvan vastuullisena henkilönä
  • Halua aktiivisesti kehittää omaa esihenkilöosaamista sekä henkilöstöjohtamisen taitojasi
  • Hyvät organisointitaidot sekä halu ottaa vastuuta ja tukea tiimiäsi työssä onnistumisessa
  • Asiakaslähtöinen toimintatapa ja kiinnostusta työskennellä yhteistyössä eri sidosryhmien kanssa

Katsomme eduksi puolustusteollisuuden ja/tai PV:n panssari- ja ajoneuvokaluston tuntemuksen, LEAN-menetelmien tuntemuksen ja hallinnan sekä kokemuksen kunnossapidon tietojärjestelmien (mm. SAP) käytöstä. Tehtävässä toimiminen edellyttää vähintään B-luokan ajokorttia.
