What This Role Really Is

This is not a sit-and-wait sales position. This is a high-performance role focused on:

  • Engaging digital and showroom clients
  • Building long-term relationships
  • Understanding advanced vehicle technology
  • Delivering a seamless purchase experience
  • Owning your pipeline and your results

You will work with internet leads, inbound showroom traffic, referrals, and self-generated opportunities. Success in this role requires energy, responsiveness, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and consult clients on Audi vehicles and technology
  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone inquiries
  • Conduct premium test drive experiences
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM discipline
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Stay current on Audi product knowledge and competitive positioning
  • Deliver a transparent, efficient, and high-level client experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
