Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Pineville is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Pineville, NC. In this role, you will play a key part in driving service department growth by developing effective customer relationships, coordinating service initiatives, and supporting the overall service business strategy. If you are passionate about the automotive industry and have strong communication and organizational skills, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote service department growth.
  • Coordinate service appointments, follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the service team to identify business development opportunities.
  • Track customer feedback and work to improve service satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating reports and analyses of service department performance.
  • Support marketing efforts related to service specials and customer retention programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive service or business development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
