Description of the role:

The Sales Manager at Classic Ford - Shelby will be responsible for leading a team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
