Deine Aufgabe: Aus Ideen, Aufnahmen und Kundenstories Inhalte zu erstellen, die Menschen motivieren, ihre Gesundheit wieder selbst in die Hand zu nehmen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Video Cutter/-in (m/w/d), der unsere Inhalte professionell aufbereitet und unsere Marke durch starke Videos nach außen repräsentiert.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Schnitt von Reels, Werbeanzeigen, YouTube-Videos und Kunden-Testimonials
  • Erstellung von Shortform-Content für Instagram, Facebook und TikTok
  • Entwicklung von aufmerksamkeitsstarken Hooks und dynamischen Schnitten
  • Optimierung von Videos hinsichtlich Watchtime, Retention und Performance
  • Bearbeitung von Expertenvideos, Vlogs, Kundenstories und Marketingkampagnen
  • Auswahl und Aufbereitung des Rohmaterials
  • Erstellung von Schnitten nach unseren internen Styleguides je nach Zielplattform
  • Farbkorrekturen, Tonanpassungen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Erstellung von Texteinblendungen, Untertiteln, Call-to-Actions und einfachen Animationen
  • Strukturierung, Verwaltung und Archivierung von Videoprojekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Geschäftsführung und Content-Team
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Content-Strategie

Stellenanforderungen:

  • Du hast entweder ein abgeschlossenes Studium / Ausbildung, bist Autodidakt oder hast bereits Erfahrungen in einer Agentur oder in einer selbstständigen Tätigkeit sammeln können (Videoproduktion oder Animation)
  • Du hast ein technisches Verständnis in den Bereichen Kamera, Ton, Beleuchtung und Videobearbeitung
  • Du hast bereits umfassende Kenntnisse in jobspezifische Software (Premiere Pro & After Effects)
  • Du bist kreativ, teamfähig und hast ein Gespür für Details
  • Du hast eine saubere und fehlerfreie Ausdrucksform in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisierst & finalisierst eigene Projekte termingerecht
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
