Hos Min Købmand i Givskud søger vi en passioneret og erfaren daglig leder. Du får det overordnede ansvar for den daglige drift og skal være med til at sikre, at vores kunder altid møder en indbydende butik med friske varer og et højt serviceniveau.

Om jobbet

Som daglig leder får du en central og alsidig rolle, hvor du både arbejder strategisk og har fingrene helt nede i den daglige drift.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver bliver at:

  • Lede og fordele arbejdet blandt butikkens medarbejdere, så alle kender deres opgaver og trives i hverdagen.
  • Varetage varebestilling og sikre optimal lagerstyring, så vi minimerer spild og altid har de rigtige varer på hylderne.
  • Udarbejde arbejdsplaner, der sikrer den rette bemanding i butikkens åbningstid.
  • Igangsætte og uddelegere opgaver til natholdet, som pakker onlineordrer og fylder op på hylderne. Natholdet klarer sig selv i tidsrummet kl. 20.00 – 06.30, indtil dagholdet møder ind.

Vi forventer af dig

Vi leder efter en profil, der har solid erfaring fra detailbranchen og forstår dynamikken i en lokalbutik.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring fra en selvstændig købmand – eller måske har du selv været selvstændig erhvervsdrivende tidligere.
  • Har stærke lederegenskaber og formår at sætte klare rammer, så de forskellige hold (herunder natholdet) kan arbejde selvstændigt.
  • Er struktureret, handlekraftig og tager ejerskab over dine ansvarsområder.
  • Har flair for tal, systemer og planlægning.
