Atuar no atendimento ao cliente e suporte comercial no setor de seguros, realizando a emissão de propostas, acompanhamento de processos e fechamento de vendas. Responsável por garantir um atendimento eficaz, esclarecendo dúvidas, orientando sobre as coberturas e mantendo a organização da documentação, assegurando a formalização correta das apólices junto às seguradoras.

  • Atender clientes interessados em seguros, dentificando suas necessidades específicas e oferecendo opções adequadas conforme o perfil e tipo de cobertura.
  • Emitir propostas de seguros nos sistemas internos, utilizando com precisão os dados coletados junto aos clientes.
  • Prestar suporte completo durante o processo de contratação, esclarecendo dúvidas e explicando os etalhes sobre coberturas, prazos, valores e condições.
  • Acompanhar o fechamento das vendas, garantindo que todas as etapas comerciais e operacionais sejam concluídas corretamente.
  • Encaminhar propostas aprovadas às seguradoras, assegurando a formalização, ativação das apólices e recebimento de confirmações.
  • Manter registros e arquivos organizados e atualizados, garantindo fácil acesso e controle dos processos.

Apoiar ações comerciais e de pós-venda, como renovações, atualizações cadastrais, envio de lembretes e contato ativo com clientes da base.
