Resumo da vaga

Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Departamento Pessoal organizado(a), comprometido(a) e com vontade de aprender para integrar nossa equipe.

O profissional será responsável por apoiar as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, garantindo organização dos processos, atendimento aos colaboradores e suporte às atividades administrativas da área.

Atividades

  • Auxiliar nos processos de admissão e desligamento;
  • Organizar e conferir documentos de colaboradores;
  • Apoiar no controle de ponto, férias e benefícios;
  • Auxiliar na folha de pagamento e envio de informações ao escritório contábil;
  • Realizar atendimento aos colaboradores para esclarecimento de dúvidas;
  • Organizar arquivos físicos e digitais;
  • Apoiar nas demais rotinas administrativas do Departamento Pessoal.

Formação

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Será um diferencial estar cursando ou possuir formação em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos

  • Rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Informática básica;
  • Pacote Office ou Google Workspace;
  • Organização de documentos e controles administrativos.

  • Discrição e ética profissional;

  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência anterior em Departamento Pessoal ou área administrativa (desejável);
