Im Detail bedeutet das für dich:

Unternehmensinterne Aufgaben

  • Du stärkst die „Benchmarking“-Expertise im Unternehmen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsansatzes.
  • Du unterstützt den Ausbau bestehender Klientenbeziehungen sowie die Klientengewinnung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb.
  • Du bringst dich und deine Expertise bei der Erstellung von Projektangeboten und ‑präsentationen inhaltlich ein.

Klientenseitige Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst mit deinem Projektteam auf Basis geeigneter Modelle Strategien und Lösungen zur optimalen Steuerung der IT unserer Klienten.
  • Du arbeitest konzeptionell, insbesondere an IT-Benchmarkings, jedoch auch an der Entwicklung von IT-Strategien, der Gestaltung einer modernen IT-Organisation und anderen Produkten in unserem Portfolio.
  • Du begleitest IT-Bechmarking Projekte sicher von der Zieldefinition zur Handlungsempfehlung und Maßnahmenplanung. Dabei vertrittst du die Projektergebnisse gegenüber CIOs und Vorständen und hältst auch kritischen Nachfragen stand.
  • Du wendest Managementmethoden, wie ITIL und COBIT sicher an.
  • Du übernimmst entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung Projektverantwortung.
  • Du beobachtest IT-Trends und bringst deine gewonnenen Erkenntnisse in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsprodukte ein.
  • Du hast immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Klienten und kannst neuen Beratungsbedarf erkennen und vermitteln.
  • Du reist zum Aufbau von Klientenbeziehungen, für wichtige Meilensteine und für Interviews und Workshops zu unseren Klienten

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS

  • Du hast ein erfolgreiches abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
  • Du verfügst über 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der strategischen oder operativen IT-Beratung, oder in einer vergleichbaren Linienfunktion eines IT-Bereiches.
  • Du hast relevante Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Durchführung von IT-Benchmarking-Projekten, idealerweise kombiniert mit Zertifizierungen wie PMI oder PRINCE2
  • Du hast bestenfalls bereits Kenntnisse im IT-Controlling
  • Du hast Interesse an Cross-Selling und Upselling und kannst Change Requests prozesssicher und erfolgreich begleiten
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, analytisch und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du arbeitest pragmatisch und proaktiv
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sind in Wort und Schrift erforderlich, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
