The posting

We are a global digital agency comprised of strategists, creatives, media experts, data scientists, and engineers driven by one common purpose — accelerate business growth through marketing and digital transformation. Named a top 3% Google Premier Partner and recognized by Inc. 5000 and Adweek’s 75 Fastest Growing Companies, we’re constantly looking for “A” players to join our team.

The rapid growth is attributed to our strongest asset — our people. Our teams are highly collaborative and work closely with each client to set clear goals and objectives so that we can deliver exceptional results. Mindgruve is a place where every opinion is valued. Not only will you be empowered to contribute ideas, but you will also play a key role in the execution and driving success for brands across a variety of industries. Sound fun? Perfect — you’ll fit right in.

Mindgruve is seeking a Senior UX / Product Strategist to help define and build the next generation of Sightline, our proprietary predictive marketing and business intelligence platform. Sightline connects customer, marketing, media, commerce, and business data to help organizations understand performance, anticipate what’s next, optimize investment, and make smarter decisions.

In this role, you’ll own the user experience and product strategy of Sightline, translating complex data, predictive models, analytics, and business intelligence into intuitive, actionable, and visually compelling experiences. This is a hands-on product strategy/ design role for someone who can think strategically while also diving into the details—from complex enterprise workflows and data visualizations to interactive prototypes and production-ready interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, marketers, and business leaders to shape not only how Sightline looks, but how it works and how users turn intelligence into better decisions.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Own the Sightline UX and product strategy and design experience across the platform, from early concepts and user flows through high-fidelity interfaces and production-ready designs.
  • Translate predictive models, advanced analytics, marketing performance, customer intelligence, commerce data, and business signals into actionable user experiences.
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, workflows, planning tools, forecasts, alerts, and recommendations designed to enable faster, more informed decision-making.
  • Simplify complex, sophisticated datasets into intuitive exploration paths while preserving deep flexibility for advanced users.
  • Map and develop user journeys around specific goals, tasks, and decision-making processes for diverse user roles.
  • Rapidly prototype ideas into wireframes, interactive user flows, and high-fidelity concepts for testing and refinement prior to development.
  • Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate design workshops and present design rationale to executive audiences.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering to ensure design intent translates into a high-quality production experience.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to determine the most intuitive ways to surface predictive insights and complex analytical outputs.
  • Build and evolve the design system by establishing scalable design patterns, UI components, interaction standards, and visual guidelines.
  • Conduct user research and testing with clients, marketers, analysts, and leaders to validate concepts, fix friction points, and improve the platform.
  • Help shape the product roadmap by bringing a user-centered perspective to strategy and identifying key opportunities for value creation.

We Need a Person With

  • 7+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end digital products.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS and data-intensive platforms, especially in BI, analytics, MarTech, AdTech, FinTech, or commerce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and modern product design workflows.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex workflows, datasets, and technical concepts into intuitive experiences.
  • Expertise in dashboards, data visualization, reporting, forecasting, and analytical interfaces, particularly marketing/media analytics such as attribution, funnels, channel performance, and ROI.
  • Experience influencing product strategy and prioritization, balancing tradeoffs with product and engineering teams.
  • Deep knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, user flows, usability, and responsive web design.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing, turning insights into measurable product improvements.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including explaining the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media, commerce, marketing measurement, or business intelligence.
  • Experience with AI-powered products, recommendations, predictive experiences, or conversational interfaces is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through and deadline management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interface with poise and confidence with leadership and clients

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
