Deine Rolle:

Als HR Manager*in bist du ein Schlüsselelement unseres Teams und spielst eine zentrale Rolle in der strategischen Planung und Entwicklung unserer personellen Ressourcen. Du gestaltest die HR-Prozesse aktiv mit und unterstützt das Management und die Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Fragen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rekrutierung: Planung und Durchführung von Recruiting-Verfahren zur Anwerbung neuer Talente.
  • Personalentwicklung: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Mitarbeiterbindung und entwicklung wie Mentoring, Workshops, Leistungsmanagement und dem Fördern einer offenen Feedbackkultur.
  • Personaladministration: Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdaten, Vertragsmanagement und die Koordination von Onboarding- sowie Offboarding-Prozessen.
  • Beratung und Support: Ansprechpartner*in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei allen HR-relevanten Themen.
  • Strategische HR-Projekte: Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten wie der Einführung neuer HR-Tools und -Systeme, die Effizienzsteigerung von HR-Prozessen und die Förderung einer inklusiven Unternehmenskultur.

Was wir erwarten:

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Personal.
  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer HR-Funktion, idealerweise in einem dynamischen und technologieorientierten Umfeld.
  • Fähigkeiten: Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung, sicherer Umgang mit HR-Informationssystemen.
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähigkeit, Integrität und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
