Du willst in den Vertrieb einsteigen und hast Lust, Kunden dabei zu helfen, die passende IT-Lösung für ihre Herausforderungen zu finden?

Bei uns startest du mit einem 3-monatigen Trainee-Programm, in dem du Sales von Grund auf lernst, eng begleitet wirst und direkt mit echten Kundenanfragen arbeitest.

Als Solution Sales Manager bist du unsere erste Anlaufstelle für neue Kunden.

Du beschäftigst dich mit konkreten Kundenanfragen, verstehst die dahinterliegenden Herausforderungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Consultants passende Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aus qualifizierten Kundenanfragen entwickelst du echte Projekte
  • Im Austausch mit Ansprechpartnern und Entscheidern findest du heraus, was sie wirklich brauchen
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Consultants entwickelst du individuelle Lösungskonzepte und maßgeschneiderte Angebote
  • Du begleitest deine Kunden von der ersten Anfrage bis zur passenden Lösung

🎓 3 Monate intensives Onboarding: persönlicher Mentor, externe Sales-Coaches und direktes Feedback zu deinen Gesprächen

  • Du hast Lust, Neues zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln.
