About you:

You are an ambitious, data-driven Individual Contributor (IC) with a proven track record of navigating complex, mid-market to enterprise B2B sales cycles within a fast-paced startup ecosystem. You possess a high EQ, a hunger for continuous learning, and a consultative sales approach that allows you to easily connect with C-suite and senior compliance executives.

You will

As a Backend Engineer at Mine, you will work on cutting-edge projects and technologies, evolving our code frameworks and cloud infrastructures.

You will be part of our R&D team and play a key role in building Mine’s exciting products!

The team consists of highly skilled professionals dedicated to developing robust and scalable systems using the latest technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • Independent, self-learner
  • 8+ years hands-on with C# (.net core) - Go/Java/Python
  • Experience with messaging frameworks like Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Google PubSub, etc.
  • Experience with AI agents development (in production) using agentic SDK's/infrastructures (ADK / LanGraph / openAI sdk...)
  • Dockers & K8S proven hands-on experience
  • Love putting your fingers in ML-driven services, NoSQL databases and DataWarehouses (e.g. Google BigQuery)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) or relevant military background
  • You like to build systems from the ground up to production
  • Loves to work with different stakeholders (Product, GTM, Solution, ...)
