Descripción del puesto

Misión: Implementar, actualizar y capacitar en los estándares y procedimientos de seguridad en función de las normas nacionales e internacionales a fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos para el desarrollo seguro de las actividades en MCP.

FUNCIONES:

- Asesorar en la investigación accidentes de trabajo a la linea de mando, de acuerdo a las diversas metodologías manejadas en el área de seguridad.

- Implementar y/o actualizar, estándares de seguridad en función de las normas nacionales e internacionales.

- Revisar, evaluar y asesorar en el desarrollo del IPERC Base y Procedimientos de trabajo de las diferentes áreas a supervisar.

- Capacitar y auditar a la linea de mando, colaboradores, contratistas en los estándares, procedimientos de seguridad, entre otros temas relacionados con la gestión de la seguridad en la empresa.

- Analizar, evaluar y consolidar los actos y condiciones subestándar reportados por la línea de mando y colaboradores, para determinar las causas e implementar planes de acción efectivas que ayuden a evitar accidentes.

- Elaborar, informe de seguridad mensual a cada gerencia, para informar del resultado de la gestión en materia de seguridad.

- Coordinar y dar soporte a la línea de mando en la implementación y desarrollo del comité o subcomité de seguridad.

- Evaluar en campo los trabajos diarios de los colaboradores (identificación de los peligros, evaluación de los riesgos y medidas de control por implementar), verificando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos. estándares de seguridad, permisos de trabajo de alto riesgo, uso de EPP y corrigiendo de inmediato las desviaciones de seguridad detectadas.

- Asesorar en las inspecciones de seguridad a toda a línea de mando y levantar las observaciones identificadas durante la inspección.

- Implementar y desarrollar los programas de seguridad planteados por la gerencia de SSO.

Requisitos

- Titulado, Colegiado y Habilitado (Indispensable).

- Carreras como Ingenieria Seguridad y Salud, Ingenieria de Minas, Ingenieria Geológica, Ingenieria Industrial, Ingenieria Civil, Ingenieria Metalurgica, Ingenieria Electrica, Ingenieria Mecanica e Ingenierias afines.

- Experiencia general de 5 años, experiencia en el sector 3 años y experiencia en el puesto de 3 años.

- Inglés y Excel a nivel intermedio.

- Licencia de conducir AI (Indispensable)

- Capacitación o estudios de especialización en Seguridad (minimo 120 horas) (Indispensable)

- Certificaciones deseable: Cerificación Train the Trainers
