O(a) Engenheiro(a) de Automação será responsável pelo acompanhamento técnico e fiscalização das atividades de automação em obra, assegurando que as instalações, testes e comissionamento sejam executados conforme os projetos, especificações técnicas, normas aplicáveis, requisitos contratuais e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos.

Atuará diretamente em campo, acompanhando a execução dos serviços, identificando desvios e interferências, promovendo a integração entre as disciplinas de engenharia e contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das entregas, desde a implantação até a entrada em operação dos sistemas.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhar e fiscalizar a execução das atividades de automação em campo, garantindo conformidade com os projetos, especificações técnicas e requisitos contratuais.
  • Verificar instalações de sistemas de automação, instrumentação e controle, conforme diagramas, listas de instrumentos, desenhos e demais documentos técnicos.
  • Analisar e interpretar projetos de automação, P&IDs, diagramas de malhas, interligações, esquemas elétricos e documentos técnicos.
  • Acompanhar as interfaces entre as disciplinas de Elétrica, Mecânica, Tubulação, Processo, Automação e fornecedores, assegurando a integração dos sistemas.
  • Identificar desvios, interferências, não conformidades e pendências de campo, acompanhando as ações corretivas e suas respectivas soluções.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento do cronograma, avanço físico das atividades e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos para a obra.
  • Acompanhar as etapas de montagem, instalação, testes funcionais, loop checks, pré-comissionamento e comissionamento dos sistemas de automação.
  • Verificar a conformidade técnica dos equipamentos e instrumentos instalados em relação às especificações e aos projetos aprovados.
  • Participar de reuniões técnicas com equipes de engenharia, fornecedores, contratadas e representantes do cliente.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos, registros de inspeção e acompanhamento das atividades executadas em campo.
  • Apoiar a análise de alterações de projeto e atualização da documentação técnica conforme as condições identificadas em obra.
  • Acompanhar o fechamento de pendências técnicas e a preparação dos sistemas para entrega e entrada em operação.
  • Garantir que as atividades sejam realizadas conforme os padrões de qualidade, segurança e requisitos técnicos aplicáveis ao empreendimento.
