Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de SUPERVISOR DE GARANTIA DE CALIDADProfesional que garantice implementación y aplicación del sistema integrado de gestión durante el desarrollo de los procesos garantizando procesos y productos que den cumplimiento a los estándares de calidad e inocuidad de la compañía.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesManejar, controlar y realizar seguimiento a la documentación del Sistema de Gestión integrado de la compañía.Realizar apoyo en levantamiento o modificación de los procedimientos y demás documentación actualización y mantenimiento con las diferentes áreas.Desarrollar, dirigir y Participar de las actividades de capacitación definidos en el plan de capacitaciones de; BPM, Estándares de Calidad, Ejecución Sanitaria, HACCP y de los demás procesos de la compañía.Informar y realizar seguimiento oportuno a cualquier incumplimiento que se evidencie en los diferentes procesos que afecten la calidad e inocuidad de los productos, así como en el desarrollo de las actividades de todas las áreas de la compañía teniendo como base la normatividad legal vigente.Elaborar, custodiar y dar cumplimento a los compromisos asignados al cargo (archivos, informes, indicadores, formatos, seguimientos, acciones correctivas y de mejora, Reuniones, entre otros)Implementar, controlar y realizar seguimiento de las acciones correctivas y de mejora de cada uno los procesos de la compañía evaluando la efectividad en cada una de ellasRealizar acompañamiento a visitas de auditorías de autoridad sanitaria ICA, INVIMA, Misiones internacionales, proveedores, clientes, entes de control, entidades privadas y públicas,Realizar seguimiento a los compromisos de las reuniones del comité HACCP de la compañíaConservar la información bajo las condiciones de seguridad necesarias para impedir su adulteración, pérdida, consulta, uso o acceso no autorizado o fraudulento.Llevar a cabo el control del programa de control integrado de plagas de la compañía.Implementar y aplicar los controles sobre el programa e indicadores de muestreo de la compañía.Participar en el comité de quejas y reclamos de la Compañía de mercado interno y externo, aportando en el análisis de las reclamaciones y el diligenciamiento del registro.Realizar capacitaciones y sensibilizaciones al personal acerca del diligenciamiento de registrosRequisitos e qualificaçõesMédica veterinaria zootecnista, Ingeniería de Alimentos, Ingeniería Agroindustrial, Microbiología o afines.Disponibilidad de horarios rotativosExperiencia 3 años en la industria de alimentos, preferiblemente en el sector cárnico en sistemas de gestión de Calidad e inocuidadAuditor interno en sistemas de calidad aprobado por GSFI.Capacitación HACCP.Manejo de paquete officeConocimiento en bienestar animal y certificacionesManejo de legislación nacional e internacional relacionado con el sector cárnicoConocimiento en microbiología del sector cárnico
