Role Overview

Minfy Technologies is looking for Management Interns to support key business initiatives across Alliances, Sales Operations, Pre-Sales Enablement, and Business Operations. This internship is designed as a hands-on, project-driven experience for MBA/PGDM students who want exposure to how strategy, partnerships, and execution come together in a high-growth cloud services organization.

Interns will work on defined projects with clear outcomes, collaborate with multiple teams, and gain practical exposure to real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

· Support assigned business or alliances projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables

· Assist teams in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to sales pipeline, partner programs, and operational metrics

· Help track partner initiatives, rebates, incentives, and promotional activities under guidance from the Alliances and BD teams

· Support preparation of presentations, trackers, and dashboards for internal and partner-facing reviews

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely closure of project tasks

· Participate in team discussions and review calls to understand sales funnel management and partner engagement models

· Document learnings, insights, and recommendations as part of the final project output

Qualifications & Skills

· Currently pursuing MBA / PGDM (any specialization) from a recognized institution

· Strong interest in business operations, consulting, alliances, or growth roles

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and presentations

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently with guidance and manage timelines

· Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Internship Outcomes

· Hands-on experience working on live business projects

· Exposure to enterprise technology, cloud services, and partner ecosystems

· Mentorship from senior team members

· Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) / PPO consideration for high-performing interns, subject to business requirements
