Procuramos um(a) Product Manager com perfil estratégico, colaborativo e orientado à experiência do usuário. Se você tem paixão por produtos digitais, queremos conhecer você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTraduzir conceitos em user flows, wireframes, mockups e protótipos que demonstrem uma usabilidade simples e intuitiva;Desenhar interfaces para plataformas web responsivas e também para aplicativos mobile;Conduzir user research e testes de usabilidade;Tomar decisões sempre centradas no usuário e ser capaz de alterar e testar rapidamente para evoluir o design do Produto de acordo com as demandas do negócio;Colaborar estreitamente com desenvolvedores para garantir a implementação eficiente das soluções desenhadas assim como outras áreas;Contribuir com a criação, manutenção e evolução de design system;Traduzir requisitos de negócio em roadmaps de produto, garantindo que sejam implementáveis e focados em oferecer uma experiência de usuário intuitiva e eficaz;Liderar a definição e evolução de métricas de sucesso para o produto, monitorando o desempenho e propondo ajustes conforme necessário para alcançar os objetivos estratégicos;Propor melhorias contínuas em nossos produtos digitais e em nossos processos internos, de acordo com as melhores práticas e tendências de mercado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Design,
