At MiniMed, you can begin a lifelong career of exploration and innovation, while helping make a difference in the lives of people living with diabetes around the globe. You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.

About the Role

The Principal Analyst – Expense Lead, EMEA & APAC is a key finance role within the Central FP&A team supporting MiniMed’s International (EMEA & APAC) Region. This individual will serve as the primary owner of Operating Expense (OpEx) management, building advanced analytics, ensuring cost discipline, and setting the forecast process across the EMEA and APAC regions.

The role requires a highly analytical, proactive finance professional who can operate independently, partner cross-functionally with Controllership, and drive continuous improvements in expense analytics, reporting automation, and financial insights delivery.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to seamlessly shift between strategic, helicopter-view thinking and granular detail, moving fluidly from high-level financial narrative to deep analytical investigation and back—ensuring both the big picture and the underlying numbers are always well understood and accurately represented.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
