That’s why we’re all teammates with a united focus on fostering a winning culture that empowers, values and recognizes each other. Because working together is how we do what’s right for the communities we live, work and play in. It’s how we innovate, learn and grow as individuals and as a group. And it’s how we elevate lives through the power of basketball.   Position Summary/Objective: The person will work with the Live Programming & Entertainment content team to create high-quality, fan-focused video content for Timberwolves and Lynx home games. This role is responsible for the full production process—from concept development and planning through filming, post-production, file delivery, and in-arena testing—while managing stakeholder feedback, meeting deadlines, maintaining brand consistency and editorial standards, organizing files and content, and staying current with sports media and production trends to keep content fresh, entertaining and engaging.   Responsibilities and Requirements:

Creative direction and primary producer on LPE creative and corporate videos such as intro videos, hype videos, mascot videos, b-roll & highlight packages, and player features; maintaining high standard of content quality while developing new ways to increase crowd engagement and staying current in video & sports industry trends and developments.  Manage all aspects of content capture and post-production: from location scouting, lighting, videography, and audio capture; audio and video editing, color-correcting, and exporting files for each game, often handling last-minute revisions and changes to stay current with team development and changes throughout the season. Coordinate workloads and commitment to timelines with managers and team members. Collaborate on shared projects with motion graphics design team. Provide production assistance on other department video productions when needed. Lead intro video creative direction and planning, helping with set-up and direction of content capture stations at media and production day. Manage video project, content and file management: reviewing and organizing video files & highlights, selecting and saving best takes, organizing and archiving project files for future use, and distributing video assets to broadcast and production partners when requested. Attend games and events (including nights, weekends, and holidays) to capture video content while also providing on-site quality control and contributing to the continued ideation, innovation, and evolution of the in-arena production.

The above essential functions are not crafted to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time.   Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and Audition. Experience with After Effects and DaVinci Resolve preferred. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
