In de leefgroep Benjamin verblijven 9 à 11 kinderen tussen 0 en 12 jaar. Als leefgroepbegeleid(st)er maak je deel uit van een team van begeleiders, een teamverantwoordelijke, een trajectverantwoordelijke en een psychotherapeut. De leefgroep wordt ook logistiek ondersteund dankzij een kok en enkele poets-/klusmedewerkers.

Wat doe je?

Je staat in voor de dagelijkse begeleiding van de leefgroep.

­ Je werkt samen met de contextbegeleiders van het team van Jacana.

  • Je staat achter onze missie en herkent jezelf in onze basishouding.
  • Je bent bij voorkeur opgeleid als opvoeder of je hebt ervaring in die richting of gelijkgesteld door werk- of levenservaring.
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en kan hen structuur en een warm leefklimaat bieden.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan vlot in team werken.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en je kan je voldoende uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan vlot werken met een computer.
  • In het bezit zijn van rijbewijs B is een pluspunt, geen vereiste.
  • In deze job werk je met kinderen en jongeren. Het is van belang dat je een blanco strafregister (model 596-2) kan voorleggen dat maximaal 1 maand oud is.
