Analista de Procesos – MBC

En MBC, acompañamos a nuestros clientes en la transformación de sus operaciones, impulsando eficiencia, innovación y resultados. Buscamos un/a Analista de Procesos con enfoque analítico y pasión por la mejora continua.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

  • Serás responsable de analizar, documentar y optimizar procesos de negocio, participando en iniciativas de consultoría que generan impacto real en nuestros clientes.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • 2 años de experiencia en análisis, documentación y modelado de procesos
  • Manejo de BPMN y herramientas de diagramación
  • Experiencia en levantamiento de requerimientos y documentación funcional
  • Pensamiento analítico, estructurado y orientado a resultados
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios
  • Deseable experiencia en consultoría o proyectos de transformación

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Levantar y analizar información de procesos actuales (as-is) mediante entrevistas y revisión documental
  • Modelar y diagramar procesos utilizando BPMN (Bizagi, Visio u otras herramientas)
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora, ineficiencias y riesgos en los procesos
  • Diseñar propuestas de optimización y procesos futuros (to-be) alineados a objetivos de negocio
  • Documentar procesos, flujos, procedimientos y entregables del proyecto
  • Participar en la implementación y seguimiento de iniciativas de mejora
  • Colaborar con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología para asegurar la correcta adopción de soluciones
  • Apoyar la medición de resultados mediante indicadores (KPIs)

Este rol integra análisis, modelado y mejora de procesos, así como interacción constante con stakeholders, lo cual es clave en entornos de consultoría.

Lo que te hará destacar:

  • Experiencia en mejora de procesos / transformación digital
  • Conocimiento en metodologías BPM, Lean o Agile
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis (Excel, Power BI u otras)
