¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

  • Licenciatura terminada preferentemente en carreras como Ing. Industrial, Finanzas, Economía, o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia profesional entre 1 a 3 años
  • Indispensable experiencia en Consultoría de Negocios o empresas de SSFF (banca)
  • Experiencia en gestión y mejora de procesos (reingeniería de procesos, automatización, mapeo, identificación de riesgos)
  • Mapeo de procesos AS IS /TO BE
  • Creación de diagramas de proceso con metodologías como BPMN, diseño end-to-end
  • Manejo de herramientas como Bizagi, Visio o alguna otra
  • Conocimientos básicos en IA
  • Conocimientos del sector financiero (productos financieros, operaciones bancarias o gestión de riesgos financieros)
  • Levantamiento de requerimientos (entrevistas con usuarios, clientes o stakeholders)
  • Conocimientos deseables en metodologías agiles
  • Trabajamos constantemente con datos por lo que es imprescindible un buen nivel de excel, y valoramos otros conocimientos como R, Phyton, SQL o PowerBI
  • Nuestro formato de trabajo es híbrido, en Ciudad de México

¿Cuáles serán tus retos como Business Analyst?

  • Análisis y propuestas de solución: Análisis de información para ejecutar propuestas de solución. Esto implica identificar necesidades, riesgos y oportunidades, así como proponer alternativas y mejoras.
  • Gestión de proyectos: Planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de tareas, así como garantizar la calidad de los entregables y cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
  • Relación con el cliente: Establecer una relación cercana con el cliente, entender sus necesidades y brindar soluciones que agreguen valor.
